Shipping Information

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all locations within the Netherlands and select international destinations. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.

Delivery Time

  • Within the Netherlands: 2–5 business days

  • Within the EU: 3–7 business days

  • International Orders: 7–14 business days (depending on location)

Please note: Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment is confirmed. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. Free shipping may apply to qualifying orders over a certain amount (e.g., free shipping in NL on orders over €650).

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you buy. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:

Return Eligibility

  • Purchased items are returnable within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Items that show visible signs of wear, use, or damage not present at purchase

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at hello@getreloved.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping address.

  3. Ship the item(s) back within the return window.

  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or an error occurred on our part.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original method of payment. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. Please allow additional time for the transaction to reflect on your account, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll make it right at no extra cost to you.
